Every resident of Uruguay is subject to pay income tax. Each individual will pay income tax returns and computes his own tax liabilities. The money that you will pay is according to the category you belong following the tax rate table. Basically, income is divided into two categories such as capital income and capital gains and income from dependent or independent personal services and pensions. People who are subject to pay income tax other than Uruguay residents are workers receiving regular remuneration, royalties, income from immovable property, and all individuals of Uruguay.
